EXECUTIVE CHEF

Kyle Schutte knows smoke. And a lot of other things about how to achieve culinary perfection. 

After graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Kyle Schutte  joined the award-winning ONE Midtown kitchen in Atlanta and was the Executive Chef at both Vu in Marina del Rey (where he was named one of the top young chefs to watch) and 54Twenty in Los Angeles (where it was named one of LA’s best new restaurants.) 

As Executive Chef of Roadhouse LA, Kyle is creating BBQ with a modern twist, combining farm-to-table ingredients, global influences, and state-of-the-art techniques.
